Why do I feel a Baby Switch is coming?

Do you think that Nattie would switch babies with Jessica if she found out that her baby is really Brody's???? If she dosen't end up telling Johnny about her drunken shameless night with Brody then he would never know the baby she switched is not his. This is based on the fact that Jessica's baby might be Ford's. I smell a switch coming on.

its coming,thats for sure! my prediction babies are switched for no reason because in the end john and brody will be the dads. ? is who does the switching.

Please do not let them go back there again. I have had quite enough of baby switching on this show. Ugh.

Jessica involved in ANOTHER baby switch would be TOO MUCH!

I'm wondering if Brody will be the one doing the switching - he finds out Jessica's baby is Ford's and Natters is carrying his baby. He switches the babies so that he and Jess are raising his baby. John and Natalie have the other baby, whose parents are Ford and Jessica, while Jess have the baby that is Natalie's and Brody's. Brody is tested for both babies and it comes out he's the father of Jessica's baby(really Nat's) but not the father of Nat's baby (really Jessica's baby). Ford is tested (at his insistence), but the results come up negative as the wrong baby was tested. In the meantime, Nat knows the results for "her" baby show Ford isn't the father, so she assumes the father is John.

I just don't want John to be the father! Even the idea disgusts me.

God, I hope not. But in this case, I can't see how it would benefit anyone but Jessica to switch a Brody baby.

If Natalie's carrying Brody's baby, and he's with Jessica, it would benefit him to have his wife raising his child, while Natalie raises Ford and Jessica's baby. With the thuggish way Brody has been behaving lately, that's the way I can see them going and given that he works for John, who clearly doesn't care about stolen babies staying with the people who kept them from their father's, Brody's prolly learned a thing or two about that, seeing as how he's becoming another John - violent, thuggish, abusing his badge, thinking he's above the law. Either that or they're setting Brody up to loose his mind again and do another stint in St. Anne's.

Yeah but Natalie is the biological mother of the child why would she want to give up her child to her sister. Better to fess up and let them each raise their own child regardless of who fathered he or she. However I still think a baby switch is coming.

She wouldn't know that the babies are switched. I'm saying that Brody learns that Nat's baby is his and Jessica's baby isn't so, without either sister knowing, he switches the babies so that he's raising his own kid. Neither sister knows she has the wrong baby - only Brody does.

LOL - this is TPTB we're talking about. :-P It's just the kind of dumb thing I can see them doing. Can't have a normal pregnancy and birth on the soaps. That would be breaking tradition.

Normal pregnancy???????? What is that on a soap, I have never seen one yet, either the baby is switched or the paternity is in question or its kidnapped as soon as it comes out of Mommy's womb. It would be nice once if they did have one normal pregnancy.

LOL - yup! I'm amazed that women even allow their babies out of their arms once they give birth, given the track record for kidnappings, switched babies, and so on. Heck - AMC even transplanted and aborted fetus.

LOL I think OLTL did that, if I remember correctly, Samantha Vernon was pregnant and she was murdered and they took the baby from her and transplanted the fetus into Delilah Buchanan and she had the baby. I forget who the father was. Jessica would do better giving birth at home rather than in the hospital and have Brody deliver the baby, at least the child would probably be safe in Llanfair.

I know that the hospital is the LAST place I'd want to have babies, what with all that happens to babies and the fact that a women who kidnapped and endangered a small child was allowed to work in the nursery and ogle the newborns. Does Brody have any medical training? He'd sure be better than Doctor Greg, who's gone along with this whole Téa scheme and is now putting Dani in danger of a psycho and a heartless father who cares nothing for her, only himself.

Llanview hospital is the last place that a baby should be born or have any kind of medical treatment. Your medical records can be stolen, forged, faked and no one would be the wiser. I think Brody being a Navy Seal may have some kind of medical experience, heck he could probably do a ciserean on Jess and she would be ok. I agree about Dr. Greg putting Dani in trouble and faking Tea's death and he is supposedly going to get the chief of staff job in the hospital!!!!! Everyone run.......................don't get sick.

Yup!!!! I mean - I know we're expected to swallow a lot on soaps, but Llanview hospital is about the worst place you could be and you can't trust the corrupt cops or DA, who care only about abusing their positions. Llanview sounds like a GREAT place to live.

Did you ever notice that there is never anyone around the nurse's station when vital information just happens to be on the desk. Anyone can just come by, have a look, copy it, switch it and no one would ever know!

Cops LOL the police station is a meeting place and a party hall with Johnny being the ring leader. I wish I were Cole so I could get away with virtually anyting that I want!!! Like you said its a soap and we do have to swallow a lot but we still love to watch, even when our intelligence is challenged!

Cole walked into Todd's hospital room and helped himself to Todd's medical files. I think this might have been after Cristian assaulted him badly enough to land him in the hospital, or maybe after John's vicious assault. Everyone in that hospital should be fired for breach of confidentiality.

Better to be a criminal in Llanview than an ordinary citizen! I'd love to get away with murders, assaults and so forth, too. It would be nice to have the DA argue my violent crimes down to nothing more than minor ones and a cop get me out of jail for attempted murder, just so I can go to prom.

Natalie needs to woman up and Brody needs to man up by revealing the truth, this whole baby storyline is lame and dull.

Lame and dull - doesn't that sum up all of John's storylines? Pairing Natalie with John has totally destroyed her.

Well........yeah there are nurses in Llanview the kind that show their stern face and tell whomever it is at the desk to basically get lost and then they leave their post to go on a sudden emergency and voila, medical records are stolen, forged, etc.

ITA about the Llanview police dept., Nora is one of the culprits as well. She is always first at trying to prosecute Todd to the fullest and yet with everyone else, she makes deals and bargains. I can't stand Johnny, ever since his Tarzan rescue of Marty where he came flying through the glass window on a rope I could not tolerate him anymore. Poor Brody had to fall under Johnny's influence, I wish they would have left Brody alone.
