    From any cartoon ever made, the characters you can't stand.

    Mighty Mouse because he saved mice from being SOBs and being caught by the cats for it.

    Wally Walrus because he always seems to get over on Woody Woodpecker

    Cleveland from Family Guy because he's the only 100% unfunny character on there. Even Chris elicits a laugh from me once and a while.
    Ash from Pokemon....his quest to become the #1 Pokemon battler got old 3 years in and it's been on for 15 years almost.

    Bobby Hill. Lame.

    Brian from Family Guy.

    Road Runner. I just wanted it to get caught.

    As a kid, I HATED Daffy and Donald Duck because they just seemed to be like the villains because of their own greedy agendas. And that in mind, it always seemed to me that Plucky Duck in Tiny Toons should've also popped out of the villains' box in the first episode.

    Also from Tiny Toons, Elmyra and Montana Max, naturally.

    Pete from Goof Troop, but who didn't?

    And thinking back now, I wonder why they kept Roy Rooster around much in the U.S. Acres cartoons on Garfield & Friends because he was always slacking off his work and he was always stealing things, on top of the humorless practical jokes he was always playing.

    Just about every character from the modern cartoon "comedies." Oh and the Spongebob characters too.

    Also as a kid, I HATED Piggy on the Muppet Babies and Lucy from the Charlie Brown cartoons, I was convinced that both were pure concentrated evil.
