    Travel has always fasinated me just for the fun/thrill/joy of meeting new people and experiencing life through another perspective. Beyond meeting the people some places have always been dream destinations. So where have you gone or where do you plan to go. If you could visit another country where would it be and why?

    In the early 90's I went to the Amazon River area in Peru and it changed my whole life entirely. One visit lead to 24 more trips there plus a year of living along the River in Iquitos, Peru. Eventually I'll start spending winters there, after my youngest son is out of high school and on his own.

    I am not an impressive traveler. I have been to Cancun and Nassau. Inside the US, I have been to Atlanta, Vegas, and Nashville, but stick to the Midwest because when I go on a trip, I like to go to Chicago.
