I hate dressing up in costumes so much that I am embarrassed to even ask you guys your opinion. I have to dress up for something on Saturday. Ugh. Here are my two thoughts, and I would love your opinion of which (if either at all) is funny:

#1...Dress in all black clothes and attach numbers created from sticker paper all over my body. I would be "someone you can count on."

#2. I would wear whatever kind of clothes and have those "Hello my name is..." name tags all over my body with different names on each. I would be "a person with multiple personality disorder"

Imaginative but either way you're probably going to have to explain what you're supposed to be through out the evening. If you go with the name tags at least make sure that 1 reads "Sybil" and another "Eve".

Add "Tara" to the list. There's a series on Showtime with Toni Collette.

Yeah, that second one sounds like a better idea. Of course there's always a third option, wear your regular clothes and say 'I'm a homicidal maniac, they look just like everybody else'.

Oh and if the OP goes with the name tag thing, she should definitely put down Exidor as one personality. He might not've been a split personality but he was still plenty crazy.

Honestly, I love ya.....but I wouldn't laugh at either one of them. Maybe a "heh". They both seem way too cliche. But if I had to choose, I'd go with the first one. If I can think of something funnier before Saturday, I'll let you know......

If you do go with #1, maybe wear one name tag from #2, "Hello, my name is: Someone you can count on." It'll save you a lot of esplainin' Lucy.

Im liking the multiple personality one. Maybe you can have two different color hair on each side too LOL.

Thanks for your honesty! I am not going out to wow the masses with this, I just have to have a costume and need something where my regular clothes are a base. I can't stand dressing up, but have to go to this thing for an hour or so. I would rather explain my uncreative costume all night than reply to, "Why aren't you dressed up?" all night. But if you think of something where I can wear my regular clothes as a base, please let me know.
