Two things bother the hell out of me with people and cell phones:
1) In depth cell phone conversations in public....at the gym, the library, grocery store, DMV, etc. People laughing their asses off or cursing someone out over the phone. Basically theatrics. Personally, when I'm in public and need to use my blackberry I'm not trying to be on it for longer than 60 seconds. IMO your phone conversations should be essential and fleeting when you're not at home.
2) When someone calls your phone right there in front of you when you give them your number....just to see if it's "legit". Don't do that.
