I loved the way things for Susan were being written. Her "brilliant" little plan to make fast money bit her in the ass and it all came crashing when she had to tell Mike that she lost her job. That was such a great scene when he told her that he would be making the decisions. But then when he brought up MJ and school, he only brought up the fact that other kids would know. What about the fact that they afforded tuition only because Susan was a school employee? Also, it was just terrible writing for her to go ape shit on Paul and do damage to their rental property and risk legal trouble from it.
Worse yet, how the heck does Gabby's younger daughter not know her animal sounds yet? That was awful writing for that poor girl who never gets speaking parts to begin with.
Did I miss something, (I may have), or was it really random that the mother that called the school told the principal that she caught her husband on the site Susan was on? Why wouldn't she have just said some man at a party brought it up?
I don't know if they are going anywhere with Tom's mom. As it stands, it seems like there was intent to do more, but it ended up feeling rushed. I would think that Tom maybe would have had a harder time coming to terms with sending her to a facility, just for the sake of the story. After all, Kayla had to be sent away, and this was somewhat reminiscent of that. I could see them writing it as if he felt some resentment to Lynette for being the one to point it out. Not that it would be a fair thing for him to do, but it is a human reaction to things like that. People (especially when it comes to family) shoot the messenger.
