According to the Charmin TV commercial I just saw, when you have a softer bathroom tissue you can enjoy going more while still using less.

    Who knew?

Interesting. However, I use Angel Soft. 2-ply. Double roll. I hate cheap toilet paper. For the longest, I never understood why people complain about the difference from that and the cheap toilet paper....but now I know. I will never buy cheap toilet paper. And I finally realized that as a woman.....I think I use entirely too much, lol.

If your not a homeowner then it dosen't matter but when you use toilet paper like Charmin that is thick and soft, eventually it will clog up your sewer pipes and then its time for roto rooter. Scott is not the greatest but it keeps the pipes flowing.

So long as it isn't napkin thin and you don't have to double and triple up the layer, I don't see what difference it makes if it's soft or not.

That is what I use also, but here that is the cheapest, at Walmart.

Well I don't want to wipe with TP that can also be used to wrapping paper.

The Charmin commercials actually do more to turn me off using their TP, rather than convince me it's a good buy. Not sure if the commericals are the same in Canada, but they have a bear who's always left with little piece stuck to his backside and then he uses Charmin and doesn't have a problem. I prefer the Royal kittens or the Cottonelle puppy to the Charmin bear with TP stuck on his butt. I usually just buy whatever is on sale, as long as it's not the really cheap kind.
