Why does she always show Mitch she is terrified of him? Maybe if she showed a little strength that Dorian is known for she would not be so intimidated by him.

She does come off like a shaking leaf around him. Constantly screeching, trembling and on the verge of panic tears. I can only imagine that if Nancy Pinkerton were still playing Dorian, she would have his number, and that her reaction to Mitch would be much more alpha.

From what I remember about Nancy Pinkertons' Dorian she was very hard and stone faced so she would definetly not have broken down the way Strassers' Dorian has now.

Its all vague memories of her, I just remember her being very stern, devious, non-emotional, conniving to get what she wanted.
