November 17, 2010 By Maverickguy Breaking News-Trump On CNBC-Is Donald Trump running For President? Today on CNBC Donald Trump announced that it was possible and he would consider running for president. The CNBC anchors questioned him to be sure they understood him correctly and Trump stated that he was seriously considering the possibility of running for president.Trump has appeared on CNBC before. Recently he was featured and asked about America’s status in the world and was critical of the current administration. For the second time on CNBC, he has said that everytime he goes to China business leaders tell him they can’t believe what they get away with. When asked if a possible trade war could erupt, Trump said that it was very possible and in fact would be good for the U.S.Trump stated on CNBC that it’s sad that so many companies ship their jobs overseas. If H. Ross Perot couldn't buy the '92 election, I don't know what makes Trump think he can.

Ah, he's running to make a statement. Doubt he'd be nominated. Although I'm sure his administration would be an improvement over the current one(which is saying very little), that doesn't mean I think he's qualified.

Nobody would vote for him, if he even became nominated.

He won't even reach Perot proportions, and that is not saying a whole heck of a lot.

Bill Cosby Slams Trump, Stuns Meredith Vieira Into Silence (VIDEO)
The Huffington Post Jack Mirkinson First Posted: 04/ 8/11 10:12 AM ET Updated: 04/ 8/11 12:12 PM ET
Bill Cosby stunned Meredith Vieira into silence when he criticized Donald Trump on Thursday's "Today" show.
Cosby was on the show to discuss education, but his segment was following Vieira's interview with Trump about his presidential aspirations. Besides the buckets of controversy Trump has caused with his descent into birtherism, he has also been very cagey about his presidential aspirations. This clearly rankled Cosby, and when Vieira happened to mention Trump's name, he cut in.
"Oh please with Donald Trump," he said. "Take him home with you."
"Now why do you say that?" Vieira said. "Because he's full of it," Cosby responded. There was at least a three-second silence--an eternity in television. Then, Vieira softly asked, "based on what?"
"Based on what I just heard," Cosby said, castigating Trump for not announcing his intentions. "You run, or shut up...but the only thing he's running is his mouth."
"Well, on that note, Bill Cosby..we'll see if he runs," Vieira said, somewhat awkwardly. "I don't care!" Cosby said.

I don't know what the fascination is with where Obama was born, but people need to find something else to talk about. If that's Donald's doorway into a presidential campaign, then he better hope the Apprentice doesn't get cancelled.

WOW, boy am I the odd man out. Not one of you liked the idea of Trump being president. IMO, it would be great! He has taken his company from nothing into a billion dollar enterprise. That is what we need as a country. Perhaps, he could get our debt to go down a bit. I also think that he wouldn't put up with any shit from anyone. What he says goes, no questions asked. He is totally for and support the military 100%. Obama, is trying to shut down the gov't which would take away the paycheck of all military. What he is going to chop off the hand that feeds you? Now that's intellegent. Good one there Obama! I also believe that Trump wouldn't be so fucking concerned about politics. That last few presidents have been so wrapped up in making sure everyone is happy by bending the law this way and that way. Hell, just realize as a president you are going to piss some people off but if it gets the job done, well thats the side effect.

^^^^I actually wouldn't be totally AGAINST the idea of Trump as president. Certainly he's not the guy I dream of seeing in the White House, but he'd certainly be better than the current leadership.(Which is saying little cause the same could be said of a poodle, although I think Trump would be better than a poodle too. ) I don't see myself campaigning to get this guy nominated but we could do worse than have him wind up as president. Heck, we already are.

Actually it wasn't President Obama attempting to shut down the government but the republicans who were attempting to put an end to Planned Parenthood. That was the only issue holding things up. It was one that had nothing to do with the budget but only about a personal agenda for the right wing. So blame them. Thank goodness for the left who refused to put women at risk.
And Trump is an idiot who looks more ridiculous everyday playing Inspector Gadget.

But it wouldn't have put women at risk. That was just the lies of the left. THEY were the ones who were risking a shut down by NOT giving in. PP is a private organization fully capable of making their own money and they don't need government funds. So it was the LEFT letting the agenda threaten a government shutdown. They want the government to pay for the biggest abortion provider in the country and they were willing to shut down the government to make sure they didn't lose that.
Trump may be far from ideal, but hey, he's a step up from Obama. I'm not one for compromise but I'll take a step up over remaining in the chasm O drove us into.

Donald Trump is an asshole who loves power and control. That's not somebody you want running an entire country.
