Van Halen No idea. They can't seem to keep a singer long enough to keep their momentum running continually.
Bananarama Your guess is as good as mine.
MC Hammer Recently I heard he was planning a rerelease for the 20th anniversary of Please Hammer Don't Hurt 'Em.
Belinda Carlisle I think she had an album out a few years ago. I believe she's still active, but her following is much more modest now; I guess fans have to keep up with her latest news and itinerary.
Sheena Easton Oblivion. The last time I saw her she was hosting some "All Time Best Dance Music" countdown special on VH-1, and that was at least a decade ago.
Kool & The Gang I think they still play and tour. They're sort of like Belinda, in that you have to 'follow' their happenings.
Vanilla Ice Eh. He pops up from time to time on 'celeb reality' interviews & specials on VH-1, but that's about it. His commercial music career died nine months after it was born.

Whatever happened to Jennifer Paige? Remember she had that song "Crush" by in the late 90s, then that was it for her. She sounded a little bit like Mariah Carey on the chorus.
Also what happened to Eagle Eye Cherry. He couldn't sing a lick, but the song was good. I know he is Nehna Cherry's brother.

^ Shades (along with Horance Brown, Valerie George, Ronnie Henson, Ladae, and 98 Degrees) was apart of Andre Harrell's botched tenure as the head of Motown Records. Soon as he was fired most of the acts signed under him, Shades included, were dropped and their albums were shelved. My guess is that they disbanded.
Az Yet is still together. They got off to a strong start, both "Last Night" and their cover of Chicago's "Hard To Say I'm Sorry" went top 10 pop, and their debut album did respectable business. After lead singer Marc Nelson (who was the one with the most performing charisma) was kicked out of the group, I think their then label LaFace started to lose faith and they were either dropped or asked to be released. Since then, they have continued to record and perform independently. I liked Az Yet. To me they were a slightly cuter version of Boyz II Men (and had stronger harmonies.) I would have liked to see them persevere at least until the end of the 1990s, but internal conflict aside, that probably wouldn't have been easy, since the late 90s teen pop/boyband scene happened shortly after their debut. Az Yet probably would have lasted a little longer had they emerged two or three years sooner, back when early/mid 90s R&B vocal groups were all the rage.

I know he was signed to Rockerfella at one point. Who know what happened after Dame and Jay split up.....maybe he was done even before all that. Whatever happened to:
I LOVE this song. And I still play her first album to this day.

I don't know what happened to Mona Lisa. I remember that song "Can't Be Wasting My Time," me and my old boyfriend from HS went to see Don't Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking Your Juice in the Hood. I know that song was on the soundtrack. She came out with a second single that didn't do anything, I don't think. Then she just faded away. Last I heard she was dating Nokio from Dru Hill, but that was a long time ago now.
As far as Divine is concerned, that song "Lately" topped the pop charts, but they had label trouble. Their label filed bankruptsy and folded, and that was basically it for them. One hit wonders.

Whatever happened to Tara Kemp? She had that song HOLD YOU TIGHT back in the early 90s and it still sounds good today.
I used to love that song. The whereabouts of Tara Kemp are like this gigantic mystery. She had another hit with "Piece of My Heart," then disappeared. There's been virtually no information on her since. I know she was signed to Giant Records (home of Color Me Badd and Jade), and that they were good at launching musical acts, but could never keep their hype going past the first few hits.
Whatever happened to Shanice? I know her and Flex are making babies and whatnot and she made another album about 5 yrs ago. But she's one that I always thought could have a great career if she got better material/marketing/promotion.
