I think most of them are being disingenuous. I don't know any teenage BOY who disliked porn. I sure as hell got use out of it & still do.

We didn't have porn when I was a teen. All we could get hold of was stolen Playboys and they didn't even show pubic hair until 1969, just Tits & Ass. 
That may be why I like it so much today and even write the stuff and make porn pics.

^ Shale, the porn that was out when I was a teen sucked. Nineties was the worst decade for porn, IMO. The best was 70s and early-mid 80s, back when it was shot on film and had storylines. The actors weren't always the prettiest, but the sex was hot.

Since porn is strictly intended for adults, it just seems silly to me that some group of teens would call themselves being "against" it when legally they're not supposed to even be watching it in the first place.

I think the whole thing is for show. "Let's be 'against' porn, so that others can see how righteous we are." Like you said, they aren't supposed to be watching it in the first place. I don't know anyone who burdens other people with their porn. Turn on your Google filter settings, and it will largely dissipate.
