| http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/40442988/?Gt1=43001Jimmy Stewart is/was (whatever the term, he died before I saw his movies but I love seeing him) one of my favorite actors and that looks like a great place to visit, I'd certainly love to see if I ever traveled down that way. It seems a shame people are so willing to let these pieces of history die out, and why? Because they have newer actors to enjoy better? By what comparison? They said it all there, he was a Boy Scout (Eagle Scout too!), he served his country, he was a good man, (his achievements are more along what you'd look for in a role model), and he was a great actor, he is a large piece of American history and so is this museum, who today can be compared to that? Anyway, if anybody wants to make a donation (I think I will), here's the address for that: http://www.jimmy.org/donate | |
