| Do you believe that it's possible to be in love with more than one person at the same time, and if so can a relationship that accommodates one person having their two love interests work? In other words, say I'm in love with both Nystyle and Redbedroom; would it work with the three of us together in one big house, eating pop corn and watching Grey's Anatomy? lol!

| It may be possible, but it isn't in any way acceptable, IMO. Of the two someone is in love with, there is one who they love at least a little bit more than the other, whether they want to admit it or not. In this regard you can't give two people your heart. There is just not enough of one person to go around. | |

| I think it is doable but difficult. The model you cite is the traditional, one husband with multiple wives. Those are usually structured and the women accept that the man is the boss. Ugh!
However, I have met polyamory relations where all parties love each other. If there are two guys, you would have to love the other guy as well as the woman. In other words it is a group relationship with intimacy for everyone with everyone. Even those have their conflicts, but what standard marriage does not.

| I think you CAN be in love with 2 people at the same time but IA with Nhaiyel that it's not practical, fair or even. There's gonna eventually be one that becomes more important than the other and jealous feelings and so forth. | |

| I think part of having love and deserving it is making decisions. Being in love with two people and trying to have them both just short changes everything. | |

It would work for me, you are both adorable! In all seriousness, I think that it does work for some and so that is why they do it. Personally, I couldn't imagine it at all. I like having that one person who I share my life with. I couldn't do it without me having jealousy issues.

As much as I love RB, I'd be plotting to get her out of the house, lol. Like others said, I don't think it's fair to the persons. You can definitely love more than one person, but to be in love with more than one person isn't feasible. At least it shouldn't be anyway.

| It could possibly work for awhile but I don't see it long term. I believe its possible to be in love with 2 people at the same time but I think in the long run complications will present themselves when emotions start running high. | |

| When it comes down to the choice between two people, it's usually one you're more in love with. The other you're probably more infatuated with or drawn to. | |

| I think it is as possible as a mother loving two or more children. Each mate would have different qualities that are appreciated or disliked. However there can only be one primary head as in a man with multi mates. It is sort of like a business. There is only one President but there can be several vice presidents or other officers. Or in a school there is only one principal but there could be several vice principals or other officers. Churches usually have one pastor and several co-pastors or other officers. The more responsibilities. The more the merrier. | |
