The first two weeks of Jan are the best time to shop with everything on clearance marked down to 60+% off.

Not really. I'm so spent on shopping that even if a pair of $120 Nike's that I wanted were marked down 70%, I wouldn't bother looking twice at them. Okay now I'm lying, yes I would, but what I'm trying to say is that, sale or sale, I'm completely disinterested in the idea of shopping at the point.

I usually go browse the mall on New Years Day just to see what's been slashed. I'll probably do it again this year.
