| I asked my girlfriend yesterday what she did when she logged on the net. She told me she checks her email, reads newspapers and checks facebook. When I get on my computer, I check my email, Facebook and check on various forums/music/comic sites. In all, it doesn't take much time to do those things. But I might do this four times a day. I feel like the net is the great time vampire that TV used to be.
What do you do when you check the net and how much time do you spend a day on it? | |

| I'm at work right now and on the Net. Taking a break but I check in occasionally at work. When I get home I go online also. I don't know how much time I spend, sometimes multitasking online with TV and fixin' supper. I have spent the entire day online on days off, especially if the weather is not fun.
I mainly check e-mail, this and another forum board, do research on movies and other things that I am working on or just interested in.
I have some porn connections where I can download pics, tho our goody-goodies at work have blocked a couple of them that apparently send out porn site cookies. However, Flickr is not blocked and I am on there with other restricted accounts and we share XXX pics.

| Basic shit. E-mail, surf the web, music, use it stream Netflix and Vudu. I'm online a lot mostly when I'm bored. Oh yeah, and I also shop alot online. | |

| I check email several times per day. I check FB a few times on my iPod, but rarely on the PC. Other than that, I check here and one other forum that is much less active.
I am online for work reasons, but that doesn't count! | |

| I'm online a lot because I'm still nursing twins and that's a lot of time to be sitting around doing nothing. I get online, check FB, check forums that I converse with people on (2 or 3), check Dlisted *blush*, check my email, check Amazon.com's gold box deal of the day...I'm pretty predictable I guess because I do the same thing every time I sit down pretty much. | |

This post was made in December. Since then they have blocked flickr. IDK if they got wise to it having X rated accounts or if it just sends out cookies like a social network.
