| When it comes to heating things, do you prefer to use the oven or the microwave? Some say it tastes better if warmed in the oven, but really I don't notice much of a difference.
(*Thanks Impact, your comment in the pizza thread made me ask this.)

| I usually use the microwave but ceretain things are better in the oven, like Pizza, when you nuke it, its like rubber as opposed to when you put it in the oven. | |

| I try not to nuke my food too much, mostly with leftovers.....I'll warm it up on the stove. But for some quick shit, microwave is definitely the way to go. Oven if I have time and can wait to eat. | |

| It's a packaged DINNER that can be either be prepared in the oven at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes vs. being microwaved for six minutes, then I go with the oven. But if it's something that I'm just reheating then I go with the microwave. | |

| It depends. Left overs go in the micro wave. If I don't eat left over pizza cold it goes in the oven. | |

| When it comes to reheating something that was already cooked, then the microwave is the best option, but when it's something out of a packet or box then the oven is the better way to go. I once made the mistake of making trying to make cheesy toast in the microwave. Yuck. I didn't even eat it all. It was like leather. | |

| I have a gas stove with an oven. I use the oven to store pots.
To use the oven creates so much heat in the kitchen it is not cost effective using the AC to get rid of it.
All my cooking is done on the stove top or the microwave. Right now I am making a stuffed pepper in the nuke.

| I nuke leftovers way more than I should. It is probably better to do that on the stove.
My neighbor was telling me that to get her husband to lose weight, she got rid of their microwave. Because then, he was not as likely to warm up leftovers. He agreed that it worked.
