Do you not like people or being around people who aren't in the same "CLASS" as you? Rich don't like poor, poor don't like rich. One of those situations.

nah doesn't bother me one way or the other. There's rude & arrogant behavior in both & that's what I don't like to be around. But I'm not uncomfortable or judgmental around people who have money or ones who don't.

If someone's personality is largely based on–or outwardly influenced by–whatever class they belong to, it does somewhat annoy me (be they poor or rich.)

not at all, but I've got the luxury of choosing who I am around so I don't really have to worry about it...I feel like my husband is biased against people with a lot of money, but I understand that he is that way because he doesn't have the option of getting away from people who are treating him badly because of HIS class, so that makes him bitter.
I judge people by how they treat me, and unfortunately my husband has been treated badly while at work by enough people who looked down on him that now he sees it where it isn't there, IMO.

No I'm not and I really couldn't care less where on the economic scale someone else is standing, I'm only concerned about my own place on it. So long as you treat other people with decency, none of it matters.

If people treat me with respect, whether they're poor or rich, then I have no problem with them. However, with my being middle class, I find wealthy people to be very arrogant and boastful about their lifestyle, so for that reason I prefer to be among middle class or poor people.

That's what my husband says too...But I don't really notice it. Sometimes we'll hear the same comment from someone and he interprets it totally differently than I do!
