I think providing they've got something around their yard so it's not inviting the public for a free show, sure I think they ought to be able to, its their own private property.

As long as you have a reasonable fence so you can't be seen by ppl on the street you're covered - well, not covered but legal. But this is Miami Beach, not backwater Alabama or somewhere.
