There were spoilers that she was set to miscarry this week, but it's already Wednesday. I also heard that she see's a doctor who tells her that the pregnancy is gonna be high risk. So maybe she DOESN'T miscarry afterall?

Even if the miscarriage doesn't happen as soon as predicted, I predict that baby is ultimately toast. The whole thing is a plotpoint in the endgame that is John and Natalie. I don't think the writers care enough about the Marty character to treat her pregnancy with sincerity.

I haven't seen any miscarriage spoilers on any soap sites that I trust so I think that they are just rumors. I think that Marty will carry the baby until November sweeps in a high risk pregnancy story line and then she will either lose the baby or give birth during difficult circumstances.

SoapZone reported last week in their upcoming spoilers that Marty was going to miscarry this week. However, their recent, updated spoilers have said nothing about it happening. So I don't know if they got it wrong, if the show delayed this, or what.
I hope that in the end the Marty pregnancy story continues. It's the one thing in the Jolie 2.0 tryst that I like.

I agree that Marty being pregnant is one of the aspects of the triangle I am enjoying. I think that it would be a mistake for the writers to have Marty miscarry so soon after finding out she's pregnant, I just don't see the point in making Marty pregnant just so she can miscarry a couple of weeks after. I would much prefer to see Marty, John, and Natalie all try to deal with how the pregnancy affects their lives. I am also somewhat curious to see what kind of father John will turn out to be.

It just wouldnt make any sense to get Marty pregnant and then have her lose it a week or so later. Where would the drama have been?
