( Came to when I posted the one about waiting. ) Would you date somebody who is an ex-con? Keep in mind they served their time, "paid their debt" and the board let them OUT, so go ahead and cross Murder in the 1st Degree of the list of things they did.

That would depend on what they did.

It depends. Any sort of non-violent offense, I might consider. Everyone makes mistakes and sometimes good people find themselves in terrible situations.

Even violence if it was justified. The laws are fucked up. Not everyone convicted should have been.
Like smoking dope or even selling dope - that should not be a crime, yet people are convicts because of it.
I have a bro in law who spent six years in the slammer because of a prejudiced jury of his "peers." He should not have wasted that part of his life.

It just depends on what they did. Child molester, rapist, wife beater, child abuser, scam artist...NO.
Other things, depends on if I found them trustworthy.

Depends on what he did and how upfront he was with me about it. If it seemed as if he was trying to get his life back on track, then I would. But if he was still troublesome acting, I would thank him for the info and then let him go.

Like others have said, it would depend on what they were in for. A violent crime? Nope but a non-violent one - it would depend.

Yeah, like others said, it would depend on what they did. I am not super trusting, so I would be very critical of that.
