Come on, fess up...are you a fan of romance/erotic fiction?
Those Harlequin style novels that tantalize your imagination.

Not the Harlequins but my wife reads some "romance" novels. When I worked at a book store years ago we used to call that section the "rape & pillage" section.

Nhaiyel I admit to having read romance novels but only if there was a storyline involved that I was interested in. For instance, Heather Graham wrote 3 or 4 books dealing with a family during the Civil War and it was brilliantly written and the second storyline was all about romance.

I love romance novels and erotica. Anais Nin is (well, was) the Queen of Erotica. I'd highly recommend her short story books "Little Birds" and "Delta of Venus". Warning! Do not read if sex acts involving children bother you!

Agreed. I also can enjoy fiction that has a heavy emphasis of romance, but don't particularly seek out the romance genre. The overall theme of the book needs to be at least equally based on a real life situation as it is romance. But I do enjoy good sexual content in the middle! Romance and Erotic Fiction 333937
