    For me it's The National's High Violet due out in May. The live versions of a couple of songs from it already make it sound amazing.

    I'm also greatly excited for the new Arcade Fire. Especially since they finally announced a couple of festivals they're playing in July. I hope that means the album will be out around then or not too long afterwards anyway.

    Unless Prince, Maxwell, D'Angelo or Outkast plan on releasing a new album this year.....nobody. Who is supposed to be coming out with a new album anyway? I'm not abreast of the music scene in recent years like I used to be and I don't even listen to the radio so I barely have any idea of what's out there.

    Wow, so two of my people ARE releasing new music this year. D'Angelo and Outkast is a must and I will prob. get Drake, Kanye and Janet's. I forgot about Lupe, DEFINITELY getting his album...and I hope it isn't the last one like he claims.

    Christina Aguilera's Bionic. She describes Glam as "a poppy hip-hop inflected throwback to Madonna's Vogue."

    Anyway, that's the album I'm most excited about. I hope it's great and does well. It sounds like she's learned a lesson as she's says she's learned to sing "less" on this album. I hope that means she's stopped her habit of oversinging.

    D'Angelo and OutKast's albums are purportedly due this year, but you know how that goes. Especially w/somebody like D'Angelo, whose been out of the spotlight for a decade and all along has been supposedly working on this new album. All reports allege a '10 release but we'll see.

    I really hope so. D'Angelo really needs to do something. Does he even tour anymore? I haven't heard about that either. And Outkast....Andre 3 stacks clothing line went bust and so did Big Boi's acting career, so they should have nothing else to do but go into the studio.
