Can someone please shoot him with a tranquilizer dart? Or just shoot him, period.

ME ME ME! I won't bother with a tranquilizer, though!!! I'll take Gigi out, as well. Today was just too painful. Other than Todd's scenes with Vimal, I FFed the whole show. Didn't feel like ruining my appetite when I realized just what Rex was up to - not at all something I want to see!!!!!

This is one character I wish they would get rid of. I don't see his usefullness anyway.

I still like Rex more than half the cast.

I like Rex too, he has not done anything to make me dislike him. I don't like Gigi!!!

I've never really liked Rex - found him childish an annoying most of the time - but his part in Sam's kidnapping and in handing Todd that fake death certificate and letting him mourn a child who wasn't dead. I REALLY despised Rex after that - his arrogance and his lack or remorse over his crimes and the repercussions of those crimes. They brought Gigi on and I really tried to give her a chance but when they paired her with Rex, it made me hate him even more because Gigi was such an abominable character.

I lay all the blame at JPL. If Rex was being played by a more subtle actor (take the guy who plays Cutter for instance) I think he would work better. JPL "acting" technique is just so spassy and silly. Under him Rex is nothing but a loony toon.

Yeah - I think you hit the nail on the head, Jason. It's why I'll never see Rex as anymore more than a little kid playing at being a grown-up. JPL tends to overact far to much, and it makes Rex look dorky and childish and immature. any scenes that are emotional come off as forced and unnatural.
