    I go to my sister's house, this is whats on the menu:

    Antipasto (prosciutto, sopressata, roasted peppers, mozzarella, provolone, salami, pepperoni, olives, etc)
    Stuffed artichokes
    Pizzagaina

    Homemade sauce with meatballs, sausage and pork braciole
    Manicotti
    Roasted leg of lamb with rosemary and garlic
    Roasted potatoes with onion and finocchio
    Fresh green beans
    Tossed salad

    Pastries, Ambrosia and Jello for dessert


    What's on everyone else's Easter dinner menu?

    I wish I knew. I'm always the taster, never the chef. So whatever mom's got planned is still something she's contemplating.
