Depend son how I'm having it - cheddar or Swiss if I'm making a sandwich, Gouda or Havarti if I'm eating it on its own, a mix if I"m putting it on nachos (cheddar, mozzarella and whatever else I happen to have on hand).

^ Right there with you on the endorsement of Swiss as well. When making a sandwich of various lunch meats, Swiss is virtually required.

Indeed we are. I am usually a daytime/early evening poster, while I know that you tend to be on overnight. However, in a few minutes it will be time for me to call it a night so that I can get up tomorrow morning. Just trying to squeeze in some posting before bed.
