It's not often that a television show (if it isn't a theatrical reboot of a vintage series) hits the big screen. I think with the second people remembered that SITC was a television show. | |

| The bottom line is…well literally the bottom line. If someone thinks another one will make any money, it could happen. I don’t know that her three co-stars would turn down the paycheck.

I think that's SJP's bottom line. As executive producer, she gets a hefty advance and continuous revenue, even if the movie tanks. The other actors would have more to lose if they signed on to do a movie that's projected to bomb. | |

I'm not saying the other three ladies have been out of work since SITC wrapped but SJP has still been the most active, in films anyway. Maybe they all got sweet residual deals so her co-stars can be pickier about what work roles they’ll take. If so, Kristin Davis should have been a little more discerning about Couples Retreat. | |
