Abortion & Child Support Empty

I saw this at posted somewhere else. Want to get your opinion.

A girl informs the guy she slept with that she's pregnant, he tells her that he is NOT financially able to support the child, and asks that she has an abortion, but she chooses not to. Should he still be sued for child support, despite the fact that he TOLD her upfront that he wasn't in a position to financially support the child (but she deliberately brought it into the world anyway?)

Yep!

If he didn't want to have rugrats to support, he shoulda kept his dick in his pants or covered it with rubber before he stuck it in a girl.

He may not have wanted to share a disease either but same precautions in play for that one too.

Once the deed is done, you just have to ride the consequences. Now the girl making the ultimate decision should know you can't squeeze cash out of a turnip. She is not going to get a helluva lot of financial support from a guy who has no money. So, her decision to have a child in poverty is equally flawed.

But stupid ppl do this shit every day.

ITA with Shale. If he can't support a child, he should have worn a condom or kept it in his pants. He wants to do the deed, he can pay for the consequences.

Well he should've thought of that before sleeping with her. Although if he has no money, the girl is just vindictive to expect him to take care of her since she ALSO chose to sleep with him.

Of course the answer is never to just kill the kid cause you can't afford your negligence.

Yes. The man should absolutely be sued for child support. Like others have said, he should've thought of that before he screwed her. It doesn't matter if you can afford it, it's morally and legally the right thing to do to actually support your child.
