    I'm not saying owning and operating a franchise is bad if that's what you want to do to be your own boss. It's just not for me.

    I would buy an IHOP and put it smack dab down in the middle of Greenwich Village, there are no IHOP'S in Manhattan, only 1 I think in Harlem. I would be a millionaire in 6 months.
