How high maintenance are you?
How much time, effort, and money do you spend maintaining your appearance? How dressed up do you get to go to even the most common places?

Re: How high maintenance are you?
I'm very low maintenance. I don't mean I look like a slob but it doesn't cost much money to keep me looking fine.

Re: How high maintenance are you?
I'm real high maintenance but I try not to show it. Factor in haircuts & trims and all of the other soaps, colognes and moisturizers, etc I probably spend over $100 a month to stay a certain level of decency.

Re: How high maintenance are you?
i wouldnt know how i spend each month, but i like to keep a neat appearance, fix my hair everyday, dress casual, i like my lotions, and perfumes too. so id say im inbetween, not too high, but def not low
wait, i guess im more higher, cuz i do make it a point to get up early enough so i have time to get ready (put on makeup/curl hair) before i go where i need to go. u may find me at work sometimes wit my hair in a bun but NEVER on my day off.
would that be considered high maintenance?

Re: How high maintenance are you?
I am very low-maintenance. Even my vehicle is low maintenance.
This is my usual year-round attire of cut-off denim shorts and a T-shirt, with athletic shoes or flip flops.
I obviously have no "hair products" and my other bath products is Kirk's Castille soap and rubbing alcohol for my pits,

I'm about a medium. I don't travel with a full makeup kit, but there is a minimum level of protocol that I need to adhere to before I leave out.

I think I'm very low maintenance. I get my hair cut every 6 months. I wear no makeup day to day. I wear jeans pretty much every day.

You're so sweet
I've been growing out my hair for four years so that's why I hardly ever get it cut. If I decide to cut it (vote in my poll ) then I'll have to do it more often, which might be a reason NOT to cut it, lol.

. I don't even wear makeup unless I'm going out out, but I make sure I'm decent when I leave the house. When I'm at home, of course....totally different story.

A lot of people think short hair is less maintenence. SO not the case.

I know! My shaved head was easiest, and long hair is second easiest because I can just put it up if I'm having a bad hair day. I hate medium hair on myself because it always looks bad unless I flat iron it.

Re: How high maintenance are you?
I'm low maintenance for the most part but every few months I have to plunk down a lot of money to stay that way.

Re: How high maintenance are you?
I'd say low maintenance. I get my hair cut about every 2 months. Never wear make up. 20-30 years ago I would wear lipstick now and then. I don't any more at all, there's nothing more disgusting than an old woman with lipstick crawling up into her wrinkles. I've never worn eye make up because I am legally blind in one eye, so I couldn't close my good eye to make up the bad one. So I didn't bother. I am allergic to most perfumes, so I go with scentless soap and water. The only thing I am vain about is my hair, it's always been good hair, naturally wavy, wash and brush the way I want it to be when dry. I even like the color , it is a dark silver gray.

Re: How high maintenance are you?
I shave (don't let the avatar picture fool you, that's only an occasional phase) every other day, I bathe daily and I get a haircut every month. That's about it for me and maintenance.
