At times I could be a mean little devil, of course I always thought far more and worse things than I ever did, for the most part I think I was okay.
Quirks? I used to peel the entire wrappers off of crayons because it would drive me nuts when you peel off the top and there's that little bit hanging loose.
I also always tried to get out of eating dinner, I'd get through about half of it and say I was full and stick my stomach all the way out to look convincing so I could go play.

When I was a little kid I was a nudist, at least til mom caught me. She had awful time keeping clothes on me. Didn't matter much, we lived on a farm so no one was likely to see me. I also used a lot of swear words I'd heard my dad use and that got me in lots of trouble too.
When I was a little kid, I had a diamond mine that I kept a secret. When I was older, I discovered those pretty rocks were actually geodes, hollow and full of crystals inside.

When I was a little kid, I was afraid all the time. I wasn't afraid of much other than Mom being sick, which she was a lot. So, I was always living in fear of that.
I think that is why so many people don't understand why I feel so safe in even the lesser of ideal Chicago neighborhoods...I lived there, and the whole while my biggest fear was inside my own doors.

When I was a little kid, I'd say I was a bit different. Less afraid of being bold. I could dance! I used to think the middle guy of rice crispies was named "Crack" and I insisted on it. 
I had a lot of other weird quirks. But I kind of wish I could keep the person I was before I went to school and develop him a bit more.

My parents were strict, so I was an angel for the most part; but I was very naive and influenced. It would have never been *my* idea to light firecrackers and throw them at cars, but it wouldn't have taken much convincing.
