| I'm not talking about those friendly little Saturday afternoon get-togethers where there's barbecuing in the backyard, and kids running running around. I mean big ass (put the breakables up) parties at night....with over 100 guests, loud music and liquor. | |

| Nope, besides my neighbors would have the police there in 4.5 seconds if I threw a party like that. | |

| Not at my house I haven't, but for my twenty-ninth birthday, a friend and I rented a large catering hall and threw a huge, loud, dress-to-impress, drink-up celebration there. It was better to have those 300+ people (half of whom I didn't know) there, as opposed to at my house, where something would have been broken and–like Tony said–the police would have been eventually called by uninvited neighbors. | |

| When we had Josh's party, I spoke with all the neighbors before hand. Luckily they were all very understanding, because we are good neighbors and they new it was a special occasion.
We had a big party for our 10th wedding anniversary too, but my parents let us have it at THEIR house so that was better.

| Nope, don't throw them, don't go to them. We're a very boring bunch of people around here. | |

I've got some duct tape we can use to transport her, Chris . We've never hosted a large party just for the sake of having a party. It's always been for a special birthday, graduation, etc. We'd rent a VFW hall or something for those.

| I have been to plenty of house parties, but I can't see throwing one myself. First of all, I live in an apartment, and that would be enough to get me evicted. Second of all, I can't imagine playing host to a large and randy group of ass-shakers and crowd-seekers would be all that enjoyable. I would be too worried about people breaking something, and keeping them out of certain rooms. | |

| I haven't in a loooong time. When I would though, I would go in with somebody to rent a spot. "Niggas ain't breaking up my mama's good shit." | |

| Big house parties kind of creep me out. The way everyone is packed in and acting all crazy. Although, to be fair, I've only been to one, and I was high on mushrooms so maybe I was just freaking out. The cops came inside, I was 17, with a beer and a bong sitting right at my feet. I wanted to leave so badly, but my boyfriend said if we did they would just pull us over for drinking and driving. Apparently someone at the party had a gun and was threatening the neighbors and they broke their fence and that's why the cops came.
I just remember it being really scary and I never have been to another party like that since.

| Nope. First of all, very few of our friends drink. Secondly, getting wasted, being rowdy, and listening to loud music isn't our idea of a good time. We like discussion, debate, good food, desserts. The hubby and I will drink, but we don't get drunk at parties. Our parties are family affairs; kids are always around. | |

| I have never thrown a party for an amount in the area of 100 guests. I think my biggest was about 50-60. I go to quite a few. They are pretty fun, I think because there are so many different people to talk to. | |

But I thot the legal age to drink in this country was 21. I know...I guess I look older than I thought Of course the pot wasn't legal for anyone so maybe the cop just decided to choose his battles that night.
