    Tried it once I think about 6 years ago, did not like it, we got rid of that tape.

    There's a yoga class at the gym I go to....never had any desire to sign up. All that stretching and standing on one leg....nah....

    I have been going to a yoga class once a week for the past three months. My friend teaches it and I like it is a good way to keep your muscles toned a bit.
