Okay everybody, this is going to work kind of like the Song of the Day thread...every day one person gets to submit one of their favorite cartoons, and note NO adult cartoons, just regular ones here.
By the clock here we've got about half an hour until the next day so I'm going to put up the first one now and hopefully tomorrow somebody else will take it from there.
This is one of my favorites, it's just so CRAZY:

Here's another one of my favorites, anybody remember this show from the 60s?

So so far it seems that I'm alone here, no matter, there's more where that came from:

Good selections SN. I never knew the Three Stooges were crossed with animation.

I'm sure a lot of people don't, they're not very popular and kind of hard to find though there are some released on DVDs but the DVDs break up the live tags at the beginning and end and separate them from the actual cartoons. I grew up on a few on tape so I got to see them presented in whole.

Thanks SN; there's something about pre-1960s cartoons that are timeless. After that they become more 'dated,' but I can watch those 1930-1960 animated shorts all day.

Me too, I especially love the old Walt Disney cartoons, of course I'm not so big on the dating thing because I can also watch Garfield all day too. Other stuff though, there's usually a limit.

That was always one of my favorites. I liked it when the gremlin went 'ha ha ha, I like him, he's silly!'

Cartoon of the day for April 11th, this was one of my favorites as a kid, I laughed myself sick, but I first saw it in color:

Cartoon of the day for April 17th: This was one of my favorites because as a kid I was OBSESSED with fireworks:
there were 2 Tom and Jerrys that specifically used fireworks in them for the other one (the one more commonly shown on TV) isn't up on Youtube for some reason.
BTW, does anyone notice how in these old cartoons which were for pretty much everything, always had the main character be anti-fireworks? Here and in a Popeye cartoon as well, I don't get that, they condone everything else but the 'adults' think the kids lighting fireworks is a bad thing, go figure.
