I know I am probably in the minority, but I don't enjoy them. To me they are a huge waste of money. I got some from a person today as a thank you and it is only two roses, but they don't even smell good. They smell like wet dog.

I got flowers one time. I'm usually the one who gets them for other people, mainly my mother, who loves them.

However, I did get a floral arrangement from my wife once delivered to my work at a large hospital. It really gave me cred with all the female nurses on my unit (maybe a couple of male nurses too).
A small flower arrangement with a big balloon that said "You're The Best" and the card said Luv Ya Big Boy (what my wife called me - I'm only 6 ft 185 pounds).

Do I like getting flowers? When someone finally sends me some I'll let you know but I send my wife flowers for occassions like her birthday and such.

If you're going to spend 60 bucks on flowers for me though, get me a gift card to my favorite salon/spa instead because I can get my hair cut and come home feeling like a new woman.

Not especially. Agree the cost is absurd but something like wildflowers are pretty. HATE roses.

I wouldn't object but I prefer plants. My Mom sometimes buys flowers and I love them because they're from here, but I'm more of a plant person, even though it's hard to keep them in my apartment as I get so little direct sunlight.

For about 2 minutes. Once the blushing stops, I'm not that thrilled about them anymore.
