I get an hour for lunch, and two fifteen minute breaks.

It depends on how long my shift is. I'm on the schedule for nine hours, I get a one hour lunch break. If I'm on the schedule for eight or less, then I only get 30 minutes.

I get two one hour breaks at different intervals. I get paid for only one of those hours though.

I wait tables and we don't get lunch breaks. My shifts have varied from anywhere between 3 hours to more than 12 hours if I'm on a double. You eat if/when there's time. My place of business has high enough volume that there is sometimes no time.
