    Heather Locklear Arrested for Hit-and-Run in BMW Image4484489x_370x278NEW YORK (CBS) Heather Locklear was reportedly arrested over the weekend for a hit-and-run.

    According to TMZ, police sources heard a crash near the North Ranch Country Club in Westlake Village, Calif.
