I remember when the 1990 film was released; there was all sorts of hype surrounding it: video games, Burger King action figures and other merchandise. My dad took me and my sister to see Dick Tracy when I was about eleven years old. I don't remember it being that great a movie but what I do remember most about it are the colors. They used the actual red, actual yellow, actual blues, etc., etc.
