What kind of odd sandwiches have you eaten, can be anything you have tried. One of mine was a potato chip sandwich I took 3 slices of bread, put mayo on each one of them, than on the first slice I put a layer of potato chips, then covered with the next piece of bread, more potato chips and then the last slice of bread. It sure was good!!

I've done potato chip sandwiches. When you are a vegetarian at a family barbecue you have to improvise.

Barbecue chips, crushed down with Mayo holding it onto a hamburger bun, topped with lettuce & tomatoe with more Mayo - makes a faux BLT.

I also like potato salad sandwiches.

That sounds good. Sort of like a Waldorf salad sandwich?

When I was in college, they had a "college burger" in the dining hall - which was a hamburger with fried onions and fried egg on it. Gourmet cuisine for sure.

I had a pickle sandwich with mayo a few times, it was quite tasty. I took Red's advice yesterday, I had a Deli Ham sandwich with potato chips and mayo, it was too good!!!! I also put sliced pickles on it too.

Wow, you've never did that before Tony? That's actually not a weird concoction at all. A lot of people put chips in their sandwiches for the crunch factor.

Additionally, I once had a breaded pork tenderloin sandwich, that was topped with pulled pork, pit ham, bacon and cheese. Too much going on and no way that anyone could finish it. My mouth watered when they brought it out, but it was just too ambitious.
