Has a family member or loved one ever feared that you were in some way troubled (emotionally or physically), when in reality you were fine?

Out of sheer boredom, I picked up this habit of erratically shaking and twitching my leg. Whenever my mother sees this, she swears up and down that it's some sort of possible neurological disorder....but it's completely controllable on my end and not at all involuntary.

I wouldn't say 'feared' but about every day my mother wants to know what's wrong because 'you look like something is' when in reality I have nothing to talk about and nothing is wrong.

Let's see, grew long hair like the Charles Manson gang. Hung out with dopers and other seedy looking types. Took psychedelic trips and no telling what other drugs. Slept with strange women (and men).

Nah, never gave my family any reason to be worried.
