Definitely. I'm really bad about questioning almost everything. But I've learned the hard way my instincts are usually right.

When something ain't right I speak up and ask lots of questions. As you can imagine they LOVED me in school! LOL

Yeah and this doesn't go well with an autocratic boss who wants ppl to jump to with his stupid ideas rather than tell him how it won't work.

I've learned to pick my battles. If doing something means I'm going over the cliff with the other lemmings, I'm gonna say Whoa! Other things might make me shrug and roll my eyes but if that's the way you want it done it ain't my name on the letterhead.
