Exodus International promotes "the message of Freedom from homosexuality through the power of Jesus Christ." Do you think that this organization is at all useful (can gay people change?), or is it bogus, futile and/or psychological damaging? Very controversial, some compare it to a hate or nazi group. Should they be allowed to publicly advertise their message of 'freedom from homosexuality?'

It has no usefulness at all. Just a bunch of religious nuts trying to force their crap on people.

Yeah, religious nutism for sure. And their 'successes' are often temporary as the 'cured homo' is later caught soliciting some guy in a cruising bar.

Also, ppl forget (or deny) the bisexuality of most of us, who can do either gender exclusively for a while then switch back.

You can't change your DNA. This place is just setting desperate individuals up to be even more angst-ridden, miserable and possibly suicidal when they finally understand that they can't change. But maybe that's the plan. Neutral

Sure. As long as others still have the right to publicly advertise their message against the violence and bigotry inherent in organized religion and as long as neither is publicly founded.
