Not really. I don't mind change. And Chris, you should keep experimenting with this one. If it doesn't work, then do something else.

No. Not for a while. Every time I try to switch it up around here, everyone hates it. And truthfully, I only did it because I wanted the subforums on top, and this skin defaults them at the bottom. Now that it's been explained to me how to move them up, I have no reason to tweak the layout.

I HATE it when they do that, as I said before, especially when they do it without warning people, and there's NEVER a warning. The Turner Classic Movie site really took a step backwards in my opinion, a few weeks ago they collapsed all the movie listings so they don't automatically tell you what's showing for the day and they took out their section to suggest movies (supposedly for the time being). Didn't win any points with me.

I hated it when Billboard changed the design of their site. In fact I still hate the way it looks now....it was much better before. Now they're trying to be all "interactive" and the shit is tacky as hell.

Can we count MySpace as a Website? IDK what they did or the rationale for doing it, but they ruined it for me and before I got Shale's site deleted most of the young men friends I had there were bitchin' about it and going to Facebook.
They did something to the core of their site. It bogged down to dialup speed every time I logged on (and it was at other computers, not just mine). I still have a Rob site but only go there when I get a notice. Most of my "social networking" is on Facebook, which I'm not in love with but it works.

The change of look doesn't bother me more than the features being rearranged or removed. If a site is gonna change a look and it affects the widgets then they should be an explanation about where they went or how they work now.

i dont think ive seen a website change its layout. this website has always looked the same as when i first joined.
