    When it comes to family and friends, do you assume the leadership position, or are do you go with the flow? Do people ever attempt to assign you the leader when you don't want to be, or ignore/nay your attempts to make dominate decisions?

    Depends on what it is. In my family, most of the time it's neither.

    In my family of three, plus step daughter, I am the leader. With friends, it really does depend. In general people are too indecisive, so I probably take the lead more than wait to follow.

    I try most of the time to be the shadow. I have a lot of ideas, and share them gladly, but I rarely stand on the spot light - so to speak. But when there are problems, most of them come to me and try to solve the problem with me.

    I don't know what it is, a leader or a follower?
