From the time I was 12 to the time I was 15 or 16 I used to think I could, but I doubt it now, I'd settle for movies, except I never got the hang of writing scripts, always trying to remember EXT., INT. CUT TO, etc.

I DID sort of develop a "TV SERIES" and it aired on a faux virtual network for awhile. 
So yeah, in theory, I COULD! Now, I suck at formatting a script and also don't have the money to do it. But yeah, in theory, I think I COULD! My head is full of my own TV Series all the time.

May be if they could use a poem. I do not think I am capable of such shallow writing that I could express any thought / idea/ or event in just 30 or 60 minutes and have it make sense. May be a made for TV movie or series?

Judging from the crap that makes it on the air I think anyone could develop a TV series.
