    Hearing a favorite song, posting in the chamber, making an elderly person or a child smile or laugh, chocolate chip cookies and praying are some of the things that cheer me up.

    Little pleasant surprises. Finding out an unpleasant task was cancelled. Knowing the weekend weather will be superb. Hitting all the green lights on my way home from work.
