This morning is a bad one for me. I didn't go to bed until around 2:30 and woke up at around six. I have to be at work at eight. Not going to be an easy day.

Yeah, anything under 5 hours sleep is insufficient for me.
Some mornings, for no reason I wake up after 4 and a half hours sleep - tired but can't sleep. That is ruff for the whole day.
If I get my normal 6 hours I'm fine - despite all the sleep "experts" saying that ain't enuf.

Some nights I do and some I don't. If I can sleep through the night then that is a good nights rest.

Hope you make it through the day OK! Try not to take a nap when you get home and go to bed at your usual bedtime (assuming that's not 2:30 in the AM!) To answer the question, yes, for the most part I get enough sleep but every now and then I have a night like yours.

For years I did not know I had sleep apnea until I got checked before retiring from the Army. They gave me a machine that has a mask I need to use during the night and it does help and is part of my VA benefits and disability rating.
I must say I rest much better now that I can go to complete REM cycles.
You have a great day.

I'm about ready to pass out now.
You are right, though, I am going to try and stay up when I get home, so that I can sleep tonight.

I do that all the time. I actually don't feel tired until my head hits the pillow. Then I could wake up 6 or 7 hrs later and still feel groggy. This working in the morning shit is really disturbing my natural body clock. I need a new gig.

Re: Do you feel you get sufficient rest?
I stay up too late some nights, then head to bed early the next....not rhyme or reason, just all about what is going on. But I would rather bed at nine usually as that is when my son goes to bed. But when I still have work stuff going on, I stay up later, then reward myself with online stuffs.

No - I'm really bad at that. I need to focus on getting to bed earlier.

Re: Do you feel you get sufficient rest?
I rarely feel sufficiently rested. But what can I do? I already sleep like a cat. I'm frankly surprised I don't try to use the litter box.
