Knock, knock, Rex and Gigi…

Why would Rex and Gigi still let Shane have that silly 'MyFace' page after all this? If my child were being cyber bullied to the point where all the crass comments left on her social network page caused her to want to attempt suicide, she wouldn't still have that account. It would either be cancelled or I'd lock it down to the point where no one could access who wasn't on whatever permissions list that I regulated. I can't even blame Shane for foolishly looking at his wall again, and being overwhelmed once more; Rex and Gigi should know better. They can hack into his account, and steal session tapes, but were too vapid to enact parental controls?

Why didn't they just delete the page and that would have been the end of it. I guess that is too practical a thing to do.

I don't know why they didn't delete it either. If Shane were my son, the account would have been toast and I would have pulled him out of that school. Rex and Gigi are sitting there "waiting for everything to get back to normal". Maybe "normal" was never right. Maybe you need to create a new situation.

Rex and Gig are too stupid to think of that. They'd rather go around stealing tapes to eavesdrop on Shane's private counselling sessions. They'd rather hire thugs to go after Shane, but run like cowards when confronted by a real man. What an absolutely pathetic couple they are!!!!
