Do you think middle and high schools should have a right to disallow pregnant girls to attend day classes?

Absolutely not. While getting pregnant at a young age is not a good idea, they're not lepers. These girls still need an education. That situation is difficult enough without treating them like outcasts.

Considering 60% of pregnant teenagers don't graduate high school anyway, I can't see any reason to make their school career any worse than it already is.

To me the utilitarian thing to do is to allow them. In the long run the less education they have the more of a burden to society they will be so let them have their education.
Now, if number of girls are getting pregnant is getting to big. I would recommend the system can have a special school for them to attend, not so much to isolate them to stigmatize them but for those schools to have special programs and personnel to attend to their needs unique to pregnancy.
You have a great day.

No. Pregnant girls need an education just like everybody else, their pregnancy shouldn't decide for them where they will or will not go. I see no problem with them going to a private school or wherever they choose to go.

No, they shouldn't be treated much differently than any other students, and that works in both directions of treatment.
