That movie freaked the HELL out of me and I was I think 19 when I saw it for the first time, and it's very depressing but it's so damn addictive, I keep going back to it and I don't know why. Anybody else see it?

Totally remember this... the nuns made us watch it in like 3rd grade as a class homework assignment. That was back when we used to "pray for the conversion of russia". it was the evil empire's fault that we were all going to die!

The part I can't figure out, and still can't figure out, is why would anybody WANT to try to survive something like that? The lucky ones were those killed instantly.
