Do you have trouble sleeping?

Insomnia, can't fall asleep, can't stay asleep, toss and turn all night, does any of this apply to you?


Generally I do not have trouble sleeping...of course I thought about this, as a kid I always had trouble sleeping because I would never sleep when I was supposed to because I was never tired. So I'd stay up for an hour or so before finally conking out...and then when I got too old for a bedtime, I didn't have that problem anymore because I could stay up until whenever, and I still do, I don't have an exact time when I turn in for the night, and that might be why I don't have trouble going to sleep.

On some occasions I can't get comfortable and will turn on every side I have in the bed and still can't get comfortable, and sometimes have to take to sleeping on the floor but those are few and far between.

And as for staying asleep, usually, being a heavy sleeper I will go to sleep and wake up and it's morning, but a few times lately I've kept waking up in the night and quickly going back to sleep, so even if I do wake up it's never for long usually.

On the whole I wouldn't say I have too much trouble sleeping, how about everyone else?

Nope. I relish sleep. I feel I don't get enough of it. When I'm tired, it's a wrap. There are times when I'm restless though....but that doesn't happen too often.

I have periods when I have trouble falling asleep and some times the call of nature wakes me up during the night. Thank goodness. I just try and keep a regular sleep pattern. Same time to bed. Same time to wake up.

I had a bout with it recently. Barely slept for a week. Glad when that finally worked itself out. It takes a toll on you.
